Franchise caps
Documented limits on exposure to any single franchise, so the index does not become one game's proxy.
Defining issues only
Restricted to the issues a franchise's own market treats as its reference cards.
Print-run discipline
Issues from ongoing print runs are held only where supply has demonstrably closed.
